I'm an Engineering Lead at Evermore, working across its portfolio of software companies. My work has primarily focused on Scaura and S4NP (Software for Nonprofits). I joined in June 2024 and stepped into engineering leadership in February 2025.

I guide technical direction and delivery while staying close to the code. I started Hive, the shared product foundation used across Evermore's products, with a pnpm monorepo, a NestJS backend, shared packages, and Terraform-managed infrastructure. Its CI/CD pipelines provide pull-request previews and automated deployments to AWS ECS, giving product teams a common starting point for building and shipping software.

I'm now building an AI assistant in S4NP, intended to become the standard across Evermore's other products. It connects product documentation and business data to validated tools, with backend permission checks, semantic queries, and credit-based usage accounting. Before Evermore, I helped take Strata's investor and partner apps from inception to launch. I also co-founded WhiteChalk, where I led a team of six, delivered more than 15 client projects, and built Teckle from concept to release. Those experiences shaped how I connect architecture, people, and product delivery.

Outside work, I enjoy reading, cooking, travelling, and listening to podcasts and interviews. My blog is where I share what I'm learning about engineering, systems, and building products.
